- To share: Homemade focaccia with sheep's milk ricotta and Ethos olive oil
- Starters: Mackerel with capers, peanut chili oil, onion pickles and fennel root, followed by artisanal mini pizza
- Main Course: Ossobuco with gremolata and mashed potatoes (vegetarian option: Mushroom parmigiana)
- Dessert: Chocolate mousse with wild berry coulis and hazelnuts

2. New Year's Eve: Welcome to 2027

Valid for stays at the Hotel & Suites that include the night of December 31st.

Say goodbye to the old year with elegance, relaxation and a lavish table. A celebration designed in detail to enter the new year with the best our kitchen has to offer:

- Welcome: Welcome cocktail and selection of regional cheeses
- To start: Focaccia with sheep's milk cottage cheese and Ethos olive oil, accompanied by a comforting chestnut cream with mushrooms and truffle
- Intermediate: Mini artisanal pizza
- Main Course: Ossobuco with gremolata and mashed potatoes (vegetarian option: Mushroom parmigiana)
- Dessert: Pear poached in Óbidos cherry liqueur, mascarpone cream and toasted almonds
- Midnight: Toast with sparkling wine, traditional raisins and bolo-rei
